Jon Kabat-Zinn instruction "Sitting Meditation"
I was almost in a sleepy state for the first half of the time.
It's not even sleeping, it's like dying. Or feeling like my body didn't exist.
My head felt heavy and dizzy. Probably I exhausted it lately.
So in the middle I had to drink some water and move my fingers to stay "alive".
I tried to do it with my eyes open but the dizziness is too powerful.
The latter half of it, I could be more aware of my thoughts and JK's voice.
Mindfulness is like a set of skills, if I don't practice, I lose it.
