I didn't write as much as I wanted today, but I spent some time to read the very basic knowledge about heart rate variability, even how heart is beating. I feel I understand better about my study now.
I also just sent an email to the developer of RHRV - I love its computational power but because it is so new I keep having doubts in it. I guess I will need/want to do a small comparison study myself - compare it against Kubios... So I will have an idea how reliable it is.
Wouldn't it be cool if I could even do a simulation study and show that my conclusions would hold even if the data has a small percentage of errors in it?
haha!
I am happy that I have chosen this route and even though it is challenging, I am enjoying it. I love learning new things and I love leaning it by myself with some mentors' help....
I guess I am making some progress every day although not as fast as I wish. But I will find a good rhythm.
